Temporarily our University is located at the address: Samarkand, 140100 ave. Spitamena, 270. The own campus of the University will be located in Samarkand on shore the Zerafshan River, the completion of which is planned in 2023.

Requirements to SMTU applicants:
- a) knowledge of the subject of entrance examinations in the scope of the secondary school curriculum (list of exams: mathematics and English);
- b) IELTS minimum 5.5 points / TOEFL minimum 46 points
- c) obligatory preparation during the exam of a written essay on the chosen specialties undergraduate studies.

Contents of documents for admission to SIUT.
The source documents include a 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm photograph, a copy passports, a copy of the certificate of secondary education of the school / lyceum or college diploma. A prerequisite for admission of applicants to exams at the SMTU is the provision an applicant for an IELTS language certificate (minimum 5.5 and above) or TOEFL (minimum 46 and above).
The procedure for the selection and enrollment of applicants who have passed qualifying competition.The selection and enrollment of applicants is based on the sum of the results of passing tests and assessment essays they wrote by invited foreign teachers. The basis for admission to the University students is the decision of the Reception SITU commissions by the sum of points scored by the applicant in descending order.
